Hi my all dear EP members !

    I'm sending You the Commision proposal about Turkey accesion that will begin all co-decision procedure. What I'm going to explain you now is a little bit complicated but please try to understand that because it is the most important thing of all, you are going to do, during our great event.

First of all the complete rules of procedure will be send to You this weekend. I'm going to not only write it but also draw it ;p to make it easier to understand, before you get that, you need to know one important thing!. First day, when You started to negotiate about Turkey's issue You will be devided into three committees: economic, political and social committee. All the information, about the task of each committee, nad a short explanation of the procedure of their works You will find  in the proporsal I'm sending to You in the attachment. The second attachment will tell You how many of each fraction members are gonna be in each committee. It's up to You  who will be in which committee. Just use You mails, or forum to talk about it. If You can't contact with someone, that person will be in the committee where will be still a free place for the member of his fraction. If You can't decide about who wants to be in whicch committe, that is fine, we can devide You by ourselv
es. It's up to You.

The deadline of sending to us the results of You talks about it is 28 of october. If some fraction will not send us the results till this day , we will devide You by ourselves. If You have any question about it please do not hesitate to contact me .

I will gladly answer all Your questions.


 P.S Tommorow, on our webside there will be some IPA's , and Turkey's conditions informations available. That will surely help You to understand the whole process of the accesstion to UE, especially   when it comes to Turkey's situation. Please familiarize Yourselves with that. I'm sure, that after reading this You will now about this topic everything You need to be well prepared for negotiations.
